Become a Friend of Shaarei Shomayim    

As a “Friend” of Shaarei Shomayim Congregation, you will become an important part of one of North America’s leading modern Orthodox synagogue communities!

We look forward to informing you of our various activities and programs through our regular Bulletin mailings and Shabbat brochures.  We welcome you to our numerous Adult Education and Youth programs.  As well, as a Friend, you will be able to attend any member functions such as Simchat Torah Luncheon, Chanukah Party, Purim Seudah, etc. at the same cost as a member. 

We hope you will join us for both daily and Shabbat services.  We have an active Gemara class on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:15 a.m., Monday and Thursday at 6:10 a.m. with Shacharit on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:00 a.m. and Monday and Thursday at 6:55 a.m. Our regular minyan commences at 7:45 a.m.  Sunday classes begin at 7:30 a.m. with davening at 8:30 a.m.

Further, as a Friend, you will be entitled to receive the Member discount for bookings for a wedding, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Bris, baby naming, etc.

Donation levels for Friends are as follows:

Level	Includes	Annual Donation
Supporters of Torah	Friends to receive member rates for adult education classes, youth programming, Purim seudahs, Simchat Torah seudahs, and Chanukah parties.	$580
Pillars of Torah	All of the above, plus member rates for simcha bookings.	$1,080

This type of membership does not entitle one to High Holy Day tickets or cemetery privledges.

Your donation is fully receiptable for income tax purposes and receipts will be issued each February for the prior calendar year.
